Your tasks
- Support of the CEO in the operational day-to-day business as well as collaboration on strategic projects
- Support in the creation, analysis and tracking of reports and actions
- Evaluation of information and decision documents
- You optimize the organization, processes and systems in the finance area and identify opportunities/risks as well as strengths/weaknesses
- Preparation of management reporting as well as support in the execution and optimization of intercompany reconciliations
- Support and coordination of annual planning
- You are the competent contact person for the optimization of closing processes as well as cash management and liquidity planning using innovative IT solutions e.g. Agicap
- You contribute to the digitalization of the CFO area
- Preparation of reports, statistics, presentations for the CEO
Our requirements
- Very good university degree in economics, finance, economics, business informatics or industrial engineering or a comparable field or education. Emphasis on: Accounting, Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Treasury or comparable
- Focus on: Accounting, financial accounting, controlling, corporate treasury or comparable
- You bring practical experience in the context of at least one internship / working student activity in the area of Accounting / Accounting, Finance, IPO, Capital Markets or audit-related consulting
- Highly motivated team player, assertive and diplomatic, goal-oriented and self-reliant
- Results-oriented personality with leadership potential and project management talent
- You are enthusiastic about the energy transition and climate protection
- You bring commitment, creativity and a high degree of self-organisation and willingness to learn with you You can use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with good skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
